How Event Planning Templates Work:
We begin by sending you a short questionnaire that will help us understand what type of event you are having, event theme, style, size of event etc. Once the questionnaire is complete, you’ll send it back and we will create a custom event inspiration board and provide you with a detailed guide to plan the event of your dreams. Your custom design will include new ideas and product recommendations and also can include items you may already have that you would like to incorporate.
How Much Event Planning Templates Cost:
Basic event planning template package includes an inspiration board for your upcoming party. The inspiration board will provide you a detailed example of what your party would look like if you hired an event planner, such as Inspired Style Events, to plan it hands-on. The photos will depict the event image/theme/idea you are trying to accomplish. A inspiration board’s purpose is to act as a guide for planning a party without hiring a full event planner. The collage of images will include decoration ideas, props, related food items and references for where the images are from.
Event planning template will include everything from the ‘inspire.me’ package plus, item pricing, easy access to website links to purchase items, budget calculation and easy DIY party recipes.
Event planning template will include everything from the ‘inspire.me.more’ package plus, tips how to incorporate products you already have, event planning checklist, event planning budget template and additional inspiration board for whatever you would like us to highlight!
Your online event planning template design reservation is made by making your payment through the paypal shopping cart located at the top of this page.
Within 72 hours of your payment, you will receive a client questionnaire which will begin the consultation process. Please complete this questionnaire and return it as soon as possible. Your design plan will be customized specifically for you based on the questionnaire answers.
The current turnaround time is approximately 14 days from the date your completed questionnaire and photos are received. If you need it sooner, please let us know. We will try (but cannot guarantee) to accommodate all requests.
Once your event planning template is ready, it will be sent to you via email. Your custom design board and product source list may appear on our blog unless you specify otherwise.
